Don't be discouraged by your choice for dual quads....put it on and use the carbs you have (450's ) these are not to much...

The first aspect of good tuning is learning how to set the carbs....run them in a 1:1 ratio and rejet the carbs accordingly....

Many are right the this set up will not be as responsive as a single 4 barrel set up but hey who cares....it's eye candy....

we put a dual 4 tunnel ram on a weak chevy 267 and got good performance and still knocked off 16mpg

key part is selecting the dual 4 tunnel ram...choose the one suited for the lowest rpm range and you'll be happier.... I"m thinking weiand

max flow you'll put thru your engine is cubic inches x rpm ~ 3456

    example 350 x 5,500 ~ 3456= 557....but your carbs won't know that...

    I have a 400 with 2 600's and wind it 4500rpm so thats

400x4500~3456= 520.... well i'm good....any one who thinks I got to much carb should get beside me....hah hah
