The head casting number is 33417369, 90-up...350...Gen.I.... Goodwrench crate motor,"Hecho en Mexico", 76cc
With 76cc combustion chambers and the need to run this motor on 87 octane unleaded fuel, I'd bet the piston crowns are 10-12cc dishes and the static compression ratio is more like 8.5:1. Please do your part for humanity by removing the heads and smashing them with a sledgehammer so that some other lad down the line would not unsuspectingly try to use them on his hot rod.

There has been some discussion here regarding head stamp. Many people have said the the first number is a 3. I had three individuals look at my heads and also used a magnifying glass (moving up in years ya know) and it is diffently an 8. One person on the board indicated that they were good heads. This determination is beyond my knowledge. Just as a note, I've been running 91 octaine and plan on doing that as long as I can find it. I run it in all my Harley's so I'm used to buying it.Last edited by States; 03-28-2017 at 02:51 PM.

Pardon me for taking so long to reply, sometimes things need to rattle around in my brain before I make a decision. So I need to ask, can a good set of heads be bought for around $1,000? If not, without going crazy, how much would a good set cost and where should I look?
