Absolutely Gorgeous-I wish I had your talent!
As the song says: "I'm pretty good at drinking beer"
Back on the chassis, now the fun begins, throw some wire in it, insulated the floor and off to the trim shop.
It looks marvelous Don!
Heck, I will have to do a drive by paint job too like the one you offered the other day. I will give you time to change the colour of the paint in the bucket too. You Sir, are a very talented auto painter and I dear say that you had a natural ability with a gun in hand when you first started in the industry and you have honed your skills to an unbelievable level since. Thanks for posting the updates on your builds as I do admire good, nah, excellent, workmanship.
If I was a young pup, I'd try to apprentice with you! Probable learn as much as going to WyoTech for street rods.
Lynn, the instructors @ Wyo Tech, don't know diddily bout buildin Hot Rods,
I have hired 2 from there and they didn't last 2 weeks in my shop.
I'm to damn old now to ever teach anybody again. Took me 50 years to compile what I know and still learn sumthin new everyday
I was visiting a shop where a Wytech was under a high$$$$$32 and was having difficult time understanding which way to install a AN -12 hose that was about 15 inches long with clocked fittings so the hook up angle fit-after hooking one end and the other being pointed the wrong angle he then undid first end and hooked other end to tank--lo and behold the other end was wrong???? finally I convinced him that he had the hose backwards and by turning it around the clocked fittings would be good( it was on a dual ss tank system that I had built, installed the hose & fittings and they were correct but he was backwards--------
Then a little later I heard a bang,bang,banging--------he was using a ratched to tigthen some bolts and banging the knurled handle of his ratchet into painted surface of frame----------eck!
Goin home 2day for the customer to do just a few thing himself,
Then to the trim shop next Friday for sum Ox Blood guts.
