Yep, sold him the h/l mounts 4 years ago, he's been tinkering on it since. Finally realized it was over his head and decided to bite the bullet and have me finish it.

Little progress, there was NO steel in the body.and firewall was as thin as a potato chip.
And motor was mounted 1 1/2 in to far forward so added rad mounts, will build hood.
Nice little project to keep you busy for a while!
Who manufactured that body?
Got no clue ?????????? Lynn.Hand laid cloth (Not mat), looks like 33/34 Chevy rear window.
Steel (3/4 x 1 1/2 glassed under floor for support., Body is straight but was a little weak B4 I put sum structure in it. Oak top bows glassed in as are door surrounds. I thought I'd done em all until this 1, probably a back yard deal off old molds
It appears someone made a mould off an Outlaw body. Outlaw bodies have a 33-34 Chevy rear window and the front windshield reveal removed.
A little more progress, all steering in, had 2 fab all new mounts, Big Buck battery box installed and cables run.
Couple of dents in tank fixed.
This is turning into a real project, lotsa redo of back yard ingineering
Great work as usual! I have that same seat in mine.

I always enjoy looking at your work. Thanks again for posting pics and details.
Lots done this week, should squirt it 2morrow
Took the weekend off, shot it 2day, will slam the SPI clear on 2morrow, and reset the body Wednesday.
Now the fun begins
Looking great Don!
Is that a grey colour or silver ? I quite like that and with the clear will look amazing.
