You can get the straps from Limeworks (limeworksspeedshop.com) or Restoration Supply Co. (restorationstuff.com) has all the parts to make your own. They are a bit pricey however.

There may be some other places that carry the parts as well, like farm or horse supply stores.

I've never used a Hagan hood but Rootlieb is of good quality. I'm sure you could make a small stiffner, if needed, to attach a footman loop to where the leather strap could fasten.
