So Don, what part of the country did you haul the RPU to, and find the Vicky? Steel or glass?Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Rog, Took the RPU to northern arkansas, foud the vicky in Ar also.
It's glass, but an early Downs body (mfg'ed when Jim was still alive),
but the body had been sitten around for many years b4 the build.
Even has OG hinges and OG Vicky tilt forward seats.
Sounds like a steel car when ya SLAM the doors!
1 bitchen car 4 sure,
Got the wheels and grille bars painted today.
Off tomorrow to pickup anutter "find"
Then wednesday, new rear tires and shove the headlights down on the frame rails. When I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>

Very nice Vicky. Love the paintjob and the Salt Flats insignia. Those flat head engines just look kool. Nice find. I'm sure it will be turning heads wherever you go!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
well I decided to do another mod to gain max travel of bars past the intended travel points just for that peace of mind. 1/8 inch is to close so now I'll have 1/2" or better. I cut a 3/16" wall...
