Geez, sorry.... Didn't know it was a matter of life and death!!!!! I guess I just don't bother much with the DMV..... My other answer was worse, Think I'd move the heck out of Va. and go some place where the state powers-that-be actually concern themselves with issues that actuall matter and not how to make life miserable for Hot Rodders!!!!!

Actually, making light of a situation can often put a more realistic perspective to it and make the solution easier. Anything else just creates stress and I'm just too dang old to bother with the stress bs........ Life is far too important to be taken seriously!!!!!!

As far as just how important it is to the poster.....don't see him making any response to the postings after his initial question.....Maybe it isn't so important that a bit of humor is out of place???????
