No, I commissioned a fella named Ger Peters from the Netherlands to do it for me after seeing some of his other artwork posted on the HAMB. While I'm an artist myself, his work simply blew me away. I was trying to come up with a cool new logo for a makeshift "car club" consisting of a few of my close buddies, and when I stumbled on his work I realized it was exactly the style and look I was after. Here's the final copy...

You can also check out his website at:

I really easy guy to work with, I would recommend him to anyone looking for some professionally done artwork.

By the way, here's the copper 5W from hotrodhotline.com I was referring to...pretty hard to find one any cooler than this IMO. If I had the coin, this puppy would be parked beside my roadster!

Joe You are absolutely right. I even have the V8 emblem, which I did not install. My garage floors and shop floors are black and white tile. I even have the FORD on the hubcaps painted in red.
This pic is what it looked like when I received it from Ohio.
I have since traded it for a 29 Frod sedan, which was traded for a 48 Chev coupe, now looking for a 29-32 coupe.

Don that was an understatement...it was a "big mistake" in my opinion. They would have had to pry it out of my dead fingers or bury me with it.
