    Pretty much all the shops that sell components for a Deuce frame sell the brackets, just pick the style and price you like.

    How about an 'invisible' mount?

    A couple of threaded bungs welded into the spreader bar.
    An 18 gage stainless backer plate to get the license plate up a little bit, tilt er back and you're in business.

    The weld bungs have a step so they only go in so deep and are held off the surface of the spreader a bit.
