G'day , well mate wot a find ! I've been rodding downunder for over 35 years and that dream find has still not happened.
Years ago the advice would've been..... rip the fenders off ...... channel it etc etc but as others have advised ' let it be'

Whatever you decide .. remember you are the custodian of a piece of history.
