You can use a Pete and Jakes #3040 Brake and Hydraulic Clutch Assembly for a hydraulic clutch. It uses an under-floor, frame mount. Then all you have to do is fab a bracket to mount the slave cylinder.

There are also hydraulic throw-out bearings you can use with a hydraulic clutch pedal assy. Master Power Brakes www.MPbrakes.com makes a universal brake/clutch assy. Check with Tremec or Zoom and see if they can recommend a hydraulic throwout for your application. This option takes the least amount of fabrication.

Or . . . On my A-Bone, I welded a stud on the clutch fork, then made a short rod with a rod end on each end, and made a direct connection from the fork to the pedal. The photo doesn't show it too well, but you should get the idea.
