I rescued my Nova from a barn after sitting 15 years, I removed the valve covers poured marvel mystery down the pushrods and covered the rockerarms. I also removed the plugs and sprayed free all oil in all the holes and let it soak over night, the next day I poured more marvel into the lifter valleys put the valve covers back on. Dont forget to drop your tank and get all that old gas out of it, after pumping clean fuel through the line I hooked it to the old quad and it fired after about a minute and has been running fine. When you turn it over for the first time leave the plugs out, it makes it easier to turn it over. good luck
