man if it was me - with only 84k.... I'd slap on a new timing chain, a water pump, flip it upside down & look inside the oilpan & if it didn't have any metal in the pan, slap a new oil pump on it & go with it.
If it chucks up from there you will need less those parts from there anyway.....Go for it.
