This idea is akin to a friend of mine who dropped a screw down his carburetor. He used a stethoscope to isolate which cylinder it landed in and had the idea to remove the plug from that cylinder and run the motor to "blow" the screw out of the spark plug hole. The only good thing was that the screw did pass thru the open valve. Piston was stronger than the roof of the head. Spark plug hole vs. 8-32 x 1 inch screw didn't agree with each other.
