Pull the in-tank pump, as it is a flow restriction, and it may be a flow block if the pump is frozen and cannot free wheel with the flow. all rite. The reason i havent relocated the pump is because dad told me not too because he kept his in the trunck for like 12 years with no problems so he told me not too. but ill give it a shot ...thanks
