That's a 'Which is better, apples or oranges' question.

For a street driven vehicle, you just cannot, IMO beat that Edelbrock. As roadster32 said, pop the lid off of it, make your changes and then go from there. Holley's - great carb, still fairly easy to tune, but changes require that you dump a cup or so gas every time you go inside. And if it has the exterior feed tube to the back bowl (4160 types), the 'O' rings always need changing when you disassemble for changes or risk a fire(personal experience)

The electric choke version is identical to the manual choke version except for the jetting - it's a step or two leaner and $40-$50 more money
