    head swap question

     



    Hey everbody I got a 355 flat top .030 comp mag 305 cam 3500 stall with 1967 2.02 camel humps ran mid 12's I'm switching to 190cc alum patriots just looking for some feedback if this will be a good combo is 190cc too much or should be ok

    Should be a good setup, definitely going to have much better flowing heads and more power.... Think you'll probably be quite happy with the size....

    180-190 is perfect for a 355. While Patriots are not the most outstanding aluminum head, they are a good bang for the buck and are certainly far and away better than your iron heads, and you will notice a big difference in seat-of-the-pants performance. Let us know if you break into the 11's. Good luck!
