since the build the car has had 200 miles, and the engine has had lots of downtime in between starts. I'm thinking its from many dry starts. I loosened rod caps to check bearings and thats what i found. My next question is the scratches on inside of bearing are NOT bad at all but not normal. The crank looks fine too. Can i just install a whole new bearing on #7 and run it? I'll never let this thing go a day without being ran once it's all back together.
