Is there a website or pdf file I can download a "check list" of needed parts for a long block.

Reason for asking:
I'm getting my block back from the machine shop tomarrow(.030 with new everything and ready to build) and I was trying to make a list of the parts I needed but I'm a little rusty and the my DA brain just dont remember all the stuff from 15 years ago. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
