    put a longer stud in the outer hole i would then make a 5/16to3/8 tab out of cold roll steel should work ok with a 7/16 hole in it that covers the hole top of were its busted up to the end of spot face to the 90. i may mill abit more of a step out if it is there to take... to put more holding and clamping load more on the main part of the cap not the outer part . then tack weld the cap on the sides of the cap only... tig weld with missle tig rod. warm cap first to 400 then tig.a lite file to check the leg of the cap so its not hi ....Done EZ FIX
