    7/16 or 3/8

I have roller rockers installed and want to add a stud girdle and they specify 7/16 or 3/8 as the stud size ,but dont list which one is the stock size.......

Just a XE 262 ,way under .500 lift and normal rpms........I just want some extra protection of a girdle to keep the stock studs from pulling as I did not use screw in or pin the existing ones......It has been fine soo far ,but for 120 dollars its a cheap preventative measure...
