I have roller rockers installed and want to add a stud girdle and they specify 7/16 or 3/8 as the stud size ,but dont list which one is the stock size.......:CRY:

stock studs are 3/8"

are you useing a big cam with hi spring lbs ? or alum heads with a big cam?
