    Tightening valves after break-in

Okay as some of you know I just built a 383 with AFR heads. So now that I have done the break-in procedure I went back and replaced all my inner valve springs. Now I'm not sure if the procedure for tightening the rockers down is any different than before. Could anyone offer some input here??? Oh yea, I have hyd flat tappet valves.

And thanks to you guys I was looking at my valves and the wear pattern from the rollers is dead center of the valves. Looks like you can beat some things into a dummy.

Also, should I re-torque my heads while the covers are off.
