Thanks You guys. Man I'm glad I got on here. You have really cleared this up for me. I think I really have a handle on the situation now. At least I understand it now. I sent the kid to school with a couple of air burr grinders, one straight and one 90. He knows what to do I told him we will need to make washers for it. I like the idea of using round stock and cutting it at an angle. Or I may have some heavy wall tube laying around. Are those 3/8" bolts, grade 8? I think I will need to get him some longer bolts as well.
