I looked for the pad a long time ago and i could not find it. I guess my question is where is the pad is it on the drivers side head and where infront/ how far down should i look? I know Im probobly sounding pretty stupid right now but I'm only 15 and hot rods and muscle cars have always facinated me and this will be my first hot rod ever and my dad forgot where the pad is, he also always owned mopar cars but knew how to work on the versitle sbc . I will not be able to get to the back of the block as the car was in a acident and the hood only opens half way and it is -15 degrees here in new york and i do not wish freezing trying to get the hood off to look.
