    Most any parts store should have the bolts for the manifolds, just measure the thickness of the manifold and add about 1/2" for the bolt threads to go into the head, they are 3/8" coarse thread bolts.... Same thing with the studs for the exhaust flange, the guy at the counter should be able to fix you right up. As for the spacer, it's ther if you are going to be using OEM exhaust pipes. If you're getting your pipes made or making them yourself, you won't need them. Looks like the "shelf" used to be the generator mount point.
