you can weld it. the out side bolt you need it for any starter i have welded them look at a 99 nickel look at the ex repair post the rod i use is weld mold 700 made in mich should not be hard to find i do not know were you are in mich but i can weld it should be heated to 400 or so make s for ez tapingLast edited by pat mccarthy; 02-03-2008 at 07:32 AM.
