Nuetral balanced as far as flywheel and balancer. No counter weights are on any of the flexplate/flywheel and balancer peices. So, you need to go for the application in the vehichle you are putting in. The timing tab location will help determine which balancer you need because of size and location. Later models changed the timing mark for easier acces for the timing light method. Flexplates where different in diameter for offset starters and stuff. That required knowledge of what you were putting inas to tooth count and diameter. As far as external balancing of those components, None. they are nuetrually balanced. By the way, what in th eworld are you doing? It would be helpful to have some info so your assembly will go smoother. What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?
