I would keep the block at .030 if I could, but you could go .040 if you had to. The B&M 144 would work but it is a little small for that many cubic inches. You would be better off with the larger version which I think is a 174. You want your compression ratio between 8.0:1 and 8.5:1. Otherwise you will not be able to run much boost which defeats the purpose of a blower. And make sure you run a blower cam which has a lobe center of around 114 degrees to minimize overlap which will bleed off boost.
