I'm not certain, but I think that balancer is Chinese-made and I wouldn't trust it any further than I could throw it. If you don't need an aftermarket SFI 18.1 balancer for drag racing, then just get a good stock balancer and double-key it. Here's a good source....

If you mean Erson, it is now part of the Mr. Gasket conglomerate. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of their products.
