    Something else I noticed, on the casting number surface the head reads 3782461, if you flip the head over 462 is cast onto the head also. Do they use two pcs. of mold to make one head?

    If you dont care about the difference mill the one head till it ccs the same I would think a machine shop could do this .Also you could run mismatched head gaskets for a fix on the cheap
