I think it is a good practice to do.
In another post someone mentioned the Dart s/s heads.
Another idea would be A World products head with a port volume of 165 cc.
Also take a look at the smaller port volume 170 or less alum. imported heads from Austraila.

This is best done with the heads off and dis-assembled.
Thanks - but if there isn't really any notable difference by port matching these heads, I will just leave them as-is until I get a new set of heads.
