hey, i'm new here, and i'm only 17, so i'm looking for some help. i have an 89 pickup, the block was cracked when i bought it, so i bought a 305 bored over 30 with all the work done at a shop, but it had been sitting for 5 years. i adjusted everything, made the truck carburated, did everything i wanted to do, i started it recently and the truck purrs, no signs of oil in the water or anything, but there is an incredible amount of smoke that comes out tail pipe, it is think white smoke, that has a wierd smell to it, i don't know what it sould be besides that it just needs to run, if you have any ide please help, bad gas? old gera lube on the cam and stuff? anyhting, help me please
