It's probably just condensation from your symptoms IMO.
If your engine was burning water you would see it BIG TIME in reduction of coolant in the system. Do you have aluminum cylinder heads, and have you had a bad overheat recently? If not it's just condensation.
Sampling the water dripping out is hard-core dude! I'd probably just put some in neighbor's cat water bowl and see if it has glycol in it! (Just kidding of course!)
Or send it to Pat or Erik for testing
