    there is no front main seal. sounds like you are talking about the HB, front timing chain cover seal. pull the HB off, and if there is a grove where the front seal runs, you will need to install the sleeve, but if the HB don't have a grove in it leave it alone, and just remove the old seal out of the front cover, and knock the new seal back in and reinstall the HB and belts. its not a hard job, but you will need a HB puller, and the sleeve can be hard to knock on sometimes
