flexplate mounting on chevy 350
got a goodwrench 350 bolting up to a turbo 400. Getting ready to bolt them up togerther with new flexplate and torque converter. I need to know which way the flexplate mounts. One side is more flush and the other is recessed a little. Which side should be towards the engine and which towards the tranny or does it matter. I would think that this would affect the starter teeth in the long run. Any help would be great.No "BETTY CROCKER'' ready made cars here, everything here is made from scratch , the ground up.....build it , dont buy it
