flexplate mounting on chevy 350
got a goodwrench 350 bolting up to a turbo 400. Getting ready to bolt them up togerther with new flexplate and torque converter. I need to know which way the flexplate mounts. One side is more flush and the other is recessed a little. Which side should be towards the engine and which towards the tranny or does it matter. I would think that this would affect the starter teeth in the long run. Any help would be great. No "BETTY CROCKER'' ready made cars here, everything here is made from scratch , the ground up.....build it , dont buy it
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
