TRY THE OLD LIGHTER TRICK.PULL THE COIL OFF TAKE A LIGHTER TO IT AND SEE IF IT MOVES.IF IT STICKS IT IS JUST LIKE DRIVING WITH YOUR CHOKE PART CLOSED.
