If Ford is so good, why is it that so many hot rods, including Fords, have GM engines? I've even seen Mustangs and Cobra coupes with small block Chevies. But never a Chevy with a Ford motor. I also see GM parts being converted for use on Fords like HEI distributors and GM type starters, but never any Ford parts being converted for use on other vehicles. My sister drives an 83 Mustang so I have a little justification behind my reasoning.
