    Open it with MSPaint then from the menu Image\Stretch-skew and type in 50% vertical and horizontal to reduce it half size.

    Use the 'Crop' tool to get rid of the unnecessary background.

    Then you can edit your post and replace the picture with the smaller image.

    Ha - I know the computer stuff - its the hot-rodding I gotta get a handle on - .
