    i can set the timing at 12-14 not a problem I'm getting pretty good at dropping that distributor in. when I usually start feeling compression the line is underneath the water pump or just starting to get on the scale, but I'm not sure I never really paid attention. I do know that the balancer isn't off. Before I disassembled everything I checked for compression with my finger, lined it up to 0 and the camshaft and crankshaft was at 12 and 12
