I know adhesives have come a long way in the past few years, but I would be hesitant to use epoxy.
There will be heating and cooling of 2 dissimilar materials.
coupled with water pressure.
Oil and antifreeze attacking the epoxy.
Valve spring wearing on the epoxy repair.
Might be the reason they sold 'em cheap???"PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.
