yep they can be built TA makes parts. you want to do some work that help them oil better on the cam .i drill out main oiling helps a long with the crank .they are pricy to build but can be made to make alot of TQIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip
