IF if you do not use any you can put a big cam in thar but if you run them 2.250 or 2.300 valves them dog gone valves will crash in to the deckthis will fit roller 238/246 @050 621/621 lc112 you should have 10to1 cr that as big as i would go and if a older 396 you will have to dig a ditch in the back cam journal for oil
