    1050 could work but i think he would need more gear and stall dif intake more cr would be nice and would need a bigger stall

    Probably so, Pat.... This is the motor we freshened and ran the compression up to 13.5:1---Cuz we're running E-85 and we can!!!! First two seasons the engine was 10.5:1 on gas, with the 930 Vindicator built Holley that is now on the little engine.... ( PS---Just ordered a new carb from Quick Fuel for the new Windsor on E-85..... They seem to be fairly sharp, and their prices are quite reasonable.....as far as overpriced carbs go... Gonna have it flowed when it gets here and see how "accurate" their numbers are.....)
