Can't really suggest anything on the carb part of it.... I'm going EFI... Thought I saw someplace that Demon had or was coming out with a blow thru carb?????? Might also want to look at AED, no idea if they offer carbs for blower application, but their drag carbs are good quality.... Paxton offers a blow thru carb supercharger, might want to take a look and see if they offer carbs separately....They've been selling blow thru kits since the mid-60's for Mustangs, might be able to help you out on a chebbie, too.....

I'm setting mine up for a dominator.
Steve Morris of SMRE can help you out. He's been steering me in the right direction.

Procharger people have the carb recipes. Usually a Holley douple pumper. It's not that big of a deal, mainly you need the right size and jets and a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator. May or may not delete the power valve.
The blow through carb application can run more boost (or higher initial CR)without an intercooler because it cools the mixture due to latent heat of vaporization of the fuel coming out of the carb. I think they have some charts pointing this out. According to Desktop Dyno a mere 5 psi would give my 9.6 CR 502 an extra 125 hp.
