We had the Toyota people talk us into making a fuel rail for their injectors to have a 5/8 inside bore to feed only 6 injectors, and dual fuel pumps. Seems like a lot for feed, but we sell a lot of them.

Dave, Did you ever see how S-10's 4.3 oil cooler works? When they went to 4X4 it blocked the oil filter from air flow, (which is also a cooler) so they took hard rubber hoses up to the core support, then mounted the oil filter on the support, then ran a 3/8 hard line (like fuel line) and ran loop in front of the rad. to cool it more. You may even to make it work with what you have. Just a thought.
