A small fwiw on main studs if you use them.

Make a test run on the main studs by installing them dry, then set a gasket-less pan on the block and see if the studs at the shallow end of the pan clear.

I had to cut about a half inch off the outer end of the ARP studs on my 455 Buick's #1 main cap for clearance.

And that was with the pan gasket already glued on.
Checking with no gasket assures you of clearance.
