ARP head stud help tonite?

Help! I hope someone will see this tonite that can help me out. I have a big block chevy and I had a few questions about the head stud kit, as I dont have the packaging material. I first need to know if I need to use both the arp lube and silicone on the studs into the block. I know you usually put silicone on the end of regular bolts but i dont know if I am supposed to use silicone with the arp lube or just the arp lube. Also does anyone know whta the torque specs on the arp head stud kit are with the arp lube? Summit's tech line is of course closed and I am knee deep into the project and would like to finish it tonite. Pleas Help!

Sealant on the end in the block and lube on the end with the nut on it. The sealant wont stick to the lube and since you're only running the studs into the block with your fingers, they don't really need the lube anyways.

A small fwiw on main studs if you use them.

Make a test run on the main studs by installing them dry, then set a gasket-less pan on the block and see if the studs at the shallow end of the pan clear.

I had to cut about a half inch off the outer end of the ARP studs on my 455 Buick's #1 main cap for clearance.

And that was with the pan gasket already glued on.
Checking with no gasket assures you of clearance.
