I think I'd like to put a 4.5" stroke crank in a 366 block -- just wondering what the computers say would happen if I left the rest stock?

Any inexpensive changes that would make more torque?

    anybody done anything like this???
yes on the 427 tall deck 41/2 stroke the 366 will need custom pistons would be better to find a 427 tall deck the one i did was for a air boat and made all the power before 6500 rpm i work on this a bit for you with the 4.500 crank in the 366 CR 10.50 Oports bowl work 2.300 intake and 1.900 ex 529 intake 503 ex lsa108 TQ535 at 4000 HP 516 at 5500 you could run 2.250 in and 1.880 valves and i think it you would be ok
